The INFONETICS family evolves!

This month we’d like to wish a fond farewell to Phyllis Young, longtime software support specialist. She retires from her career here to take on a new endeavor as wife and stepmother of two teenage daughters.

Phyllis joined INFONETICS nine years ago, shortly after her family’s welding supply business bought a complete system from us. Since then she has served in the role of Account Specialist and Software Support Specialist. Anyone who has been in any kind of technical support position knows what a grueling and challenging job it is. Her pleasant and friendly attitude was most appreciated by those of you who knew her. We know you all will miss her as much as we do, but join us in wishing her the best.

Speaking of long-term employee relationships, May 2002 marked the 10-year anniversary of Dawn Mechling’s involvement here at INFONETICS. Today’s high-tech industry sees very few 10-year career veterans, so her achievement is quite notable. She started her career here as a wide-eyed kid, fresh out of high school. Now a more seasoned “twenty-something” and mother of two (with a third on the way), Dawn is quickly coming up to speed in the software support department. And, she’ll continue to handle your forms needs, as well as INFOFAX and INFOPAGE imaging tasks. Congratulations to Dawn on her longevity and new responsibilities.
