One of the best reports INFORRMS has is the Cylinder Exception Report because it shows if something’s out of whack, like if a customer’s turned in more cylinders than they were renting. It lets me catch discrepancies as soon as possible — I’ve been able to keep hundreds of cylinders on rental and generating revenue thanks to that report.
