The interesting thing about e-mail is it’s delivered almost instantaneously, right to our PC/Workstation. This allows us to receive and respond quicker to e-mail than most other forms of communications.
To encourage the use of this new medium amongst our customers, we’ve made a commitment to respond on as immediate a basis as is possible to the e-mail we receive.
